JOIN: соединяем невидимыми нитями
Данные в реляционных базах разнесены по разным таблицам. Чтобы получить осмысленный ответ (например, «имя студента и тип его пропуска»), нужно временно склеить эти таблицы по общему полю — обычно это PK и FK. Для этого используется оператор JOIN.
