Пользовательские аннотации объявляются с помощью @interface. Их элементы выглядят как методы, но определяют именованные атрибуты с необязательными значениями по умолчанию. Две мета-аннотации @Retention и @Target управляют тем, где живёт аннотация (источник/класс/выполнение) и к чему она может применяться.
