Функции-расширения для Iterable и Collection дают функциональные цепочки: map преобразует элементы, filter отбирает по предикату, flatten объединяет вложенные списки, groupBy строит карту списков по ключу, fold сводит к одному значению. На List каждый шаг обычно даёт новый List — неизменяемый конвейер.
