Flow — холодный поток: ничего не происходит, пока кто-то не collect — рецепт готовится, когда гости сели. emit отдаёт значения; операторы map, filter, flowOn — у каждого подписчика свой прогон. У горячего Channel события могут ждать в буфере и без слушателя — другое настроение, другой API.
